GMC K35 Headlights: Find Your Replacement K35 Headlight Assembly

A solid vehicle with a solid performance; this is perhaps the most apt description for the K35. This vehicle is Chevrolet’s bet in the hardworking vehicles department and this vehicle doesn’t disappoint. This vehicle is a regular fixture in the market; in fact its history goes a long way.

To be more precise, its history started in 1936, when its ancestor was introduced in the market. After that time, the vehicle have faced a number of updates and upgrades that helped the vehicle one of the icons for today’s generation. The K35 is part of the well-known Suburban family; a family of trucks that is known for their performance, convenience and great towing capabilities.

Trims of the K35 or the K3500 can either come as two-door trims or can be a four-door trim. The base trim of the K35 was the regular cab which is a two-wheel drive. At least for the 1997 version of the vehicle, the 1997 K35 base featured the 5.7 liter engine which was a V8 at the same time and this was partnered with the four-speed automatic transmission and the dual rear wheels. The other base trim was the regular cab body style which also featured the same power from the same engine of the first base trim. Other trims for the 1997 version of the K25 was the Extended Cab version of the 2WD, the Extended Cab version of the 4WD, the Crew Cab version of the 2WD, the extended version of the 4WD vehicle, the Crew Cab 4WD and the four-door Cab 4WD. All these trims of the K35 1997 version have different capabilities but share some general characteristics. The extended cab version of the 2WD is a big help for enterprising individuals since this vehicle features the extended cab for greater cargo or passenger capacity. The Crew Cab version of the K35 was considered as top of the line version and offers seating for six passengers.

The K3500 of Chevrolet is still in production up to this time and continues to serve the needs of large families and continue to meet the demands of people on the go and the businessman. The newest reincarnation of the vehicle in the market is a heavy-duty version of the vehicle. In fact it now carries the name HD, which stands for heavy duty applications. Trims for the K35 and the K3500 were regular, extended or can come in the crew cab designs. These trims of the K35 and the K3500 can be offered as either a rear or as a four-wheel drive. The extended and the crew cab styles of the vehicle are offered in four trims and these trims include the Work Truck, the LT1, the LT2 and the luxury version LTZ. What power the K35 of today is the 6 liter and the V8 engine that makes a powerful 353 horsepower. This powerful engine is paired with the six-speed automatic transmission. There is no denying the performance of the K35, and this is the reason why the K35 is the choice vehicle for those looking for that tried and tested performance on the road. The K35 is simply a competent ride on and off the road.
