Honda Fit Headlights: Find Your Replacement Fit Headlight Assembly

The Honda Fit is a hatchback car made by Honda. The car was first introduced in Japan in 2001. However, the car only cam to the US market in 2006. The Honda Fit is also known as the Honda Jazz in other car markets all over the world. In the US car market, the car is quite popular and has a good market following.

This five door hatchback of Honda has captured a lot of car buyers because of its performance, reliability and functionality. The Honda Fit is one of the few car models that came late in the American car market. Although already distributed in other car markets since 2001, the Honda Fit was introduced to the United States car market in April of 2006 and was released as a 2007 model. The Honda Fit was set to be the replacement of the Honda Civic hatchback. Upon release, the Honda Fit sold quite well and many owners were quite impressed with the car. Most car owners were impressed by the surprisingly spacious interior of the Honda Fit given its small car size. The Honda Fit is also quick on its feet even with its small, 1,5 litre engine thanks to Honda's VTEC. With the rising fuel prices, the Honda Fit is becoming the car of choice due to its high fuel economy. It is also competitively priced so that many buyers will choose it over pricier cars that offer better luxuries or mpg ratings such as the Honda Civic. Complaints about the Honda Fit are mainly due to the lack of luxury of the car. The looks of the car wins little praise as well as its decidedly low end trimmings and upholstery. Some drivers also find the fit to be lacking in speed when it comes to highway driving. Still, the overall impression of the Honda Fit is very positive and the car is sure to have more miles to go before it is discontinued by Honda.

The latest model of the Honda Fit is the 2008 model. This model of the Honda Fit features a 1.5 litre engine producing 109 hp. Safety features are standard in the Honda Fit which includes side airbags, side curtain airbags, front airbags and ABS. The Honda Fit is also available in tow variants which are the base model and the sport model. The major difference of the sport model from the base model are to be found in the cosmetics of the car. A feature of the sport model of the Honda Fit which was car enthusiasts grinning with delight is the paddle shifters located at the back of the steering wheel. However, this is only available for automatic transmission Honda Fit models. The Honda Fit received a lot of praise for being a very functional city going car. Although the small engine of the Honda Fit has received a few negative comments, most Honda Fit car owners are more impressed with the impressive torque of the car and the fact that the Honda Fit achieves 28 miles to the gallon in city driving and 34 miles to the gallon on the highway. This is for the manual transmission version of the car.

With the high price of gas, the Honda Fit is becoming the best choices for car drivers who need a reliable car with plenty of room and very low fuel consumption. The Honda Fit is also relatively low priced and is definitely a worthy investment.
